1st Staff has offered a range of therapeutic and educational services since 2014 for all ages, such as:
- Full range of support starting at early intervention, including crisis and intervention in mainstream and specialist provision for pupils at risk of permanent exclusion.
- Interventions for pupils who are refusing or unable to attend a school setting.
- Engagement and education for pupils without a school place or who have been permanently excluded, along with support and input within a reintegration program.
- Collaboration with other professionals to contribute to EHCPs and other necessary individual diagnoses for pupils.
- Alternative Provision to support specialist education needs and disabilities (SEND).
- Specialist post 16 provision.
- Functional skills & GCSE English and Math’s for all key stages.
- Early years foundation work and motor skills training.
- One-to-One and small group tuition.
